This tells you all of the sizes in pixels, standard as well as metric.

Now, for resizing I think the easiest way is to use Windows Paint. So if you have a cover that is opening in the wrong size, follow these steps:

1. Right click on the image you want to use and select Open with, then select Paint.
2. When the Paint program opens your image, look at the top dropdown menus.
3. Click Image, then the Attributes option.
4. You will then see the dimensions for your image, and you can resize it using Inches, Centimeters or pixels. Then you just use the dimensions from the above link, and you are all set…I would suggest using inches instead of pixels, it will be less confusing that way(due to differing resolutions and dpi settings).
